2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta Pininfarina Open-Face Helmets by Sparco

Reime Motor Cars is proud to offer up this exceptional opportunity to acquire a rare pair of authentic factory helmets produced specifically for the Ferrari 550 Barchetta Pininfarina. Introduced at the 2000 Paris Motor Show to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Pininfarina, only 448 examples of the 550 Barchetta roadster were produced. While U.S.-delivered models were originally offered with caps, examples delivered outside the United States could be supplied with these exclusive open-face helmets to complement the open-top driving experience.

Exterior Design & Finish
Finish & Branding: Each open-face helmet is finished in matte red and prominently features the iconic Prancing Horse logo centered above the brow, with script 550 Barchetta Pininfarina branding across the rear.

Leather Peaks: Snaps above the eye port accommodate removable, factory tan leather peaks to shade the driver and passenger from the sun.

Interior & Craftsmanship
Lining & Materials: Built by Sparco, the interiors are lined with red padding, tan leather trim, and breathable black mesh accents for comfort during open-air touring.

Details: Sparco tags are sewn directly into the seams, and adjustable chin straps include their factory informational tags.

Included Accessories
Storage & Transport: The pair comes complete with one tan fabric dust bags, 2 red Ferrari-branded carrying totes featuring zippered storage compartments and handles with tan leather snap closures and 2 display cases.

Collector's Note: Whether pairing them with an existing 550 Barchetta for concours display or adding them to a premier Ferrari automobilia collection, these helmets represent one of the most desirable and rarely seen factory accessories from the analog V12 era.
