The 550 Barchetta offered has been local for many years I actually purchased this car back in 2014 for my personal collection I owned it and drove it for 3 years. During my ownership I I did every service the car needed including a major service, motor mounts and prepped the car to be judged at Cavalino were it did receive its first Platnium award. In 2017 I sold it to a good client/friend who was starting to build a Ferrari collection. He cared for the car just as well if not better then me with a no expense check book for service and care. He had also shown the car at Cavalino during his ownership where is was awarded its second Platnium award. It has had a recent major service and a fresh set of tires it truly needs nothing and is ready to drive show or placed in your collection.

Ferrari introduced a roadster version of the 550 at the Paris Motor Show in 2000 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Pininfarina. The 550 Barchetta Pininfarina was a true Barchetta with no real convertible top provided reminiscent of the classic Ferrari race cars. The 550 Barchetta is the first true limited production (number) cars Ferrari produced, this particular one being number 187 of only 448 example built or the world. With such low miles and limited numbers built added to the heritage and pedigree of this model it is truly a collector grade car.
